The daily subscription fee paid by the driver is non-refundable. This fee provides drivers with access to the
Taxi
ride platform, enabling them to connect with passengers, accept or cancel trips, and utilize platform features.
2. Trip Payments
Taxi Ride does not process or handle payments between riders and drivers.
All payments are made directly between
both parties. We do not facilitate trip payments and are not responsible for refunds related to trip charges,
cancellations, or disputes.
3. Exceptional Issues
If a driver is unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue caused by Taxi Ride for a
prolonged period exceeding 72 hours, or if a subscription fee was charged incorrectly or multiple times due to an
error, appropriate adjustments will be made.
4. Refund Policy
However, if a refund is required due to a platform-related issue, such as an incorrect or duplicate subscription
charge, users may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds for eligible cases will be
processed through the original payment method and may take 7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment
provider.
5. Dispute Policy
If a dispute arises regarding payments, cancellations, or service-related issues, riders and drivers are
encouraged to resolve the matter directly. Taxi
Ride does not process or facilitate payments and is not
responsible for disputes between riders and drivers. However, if a dispute involves a technical issue,
subscription charge, or platform-related error, users may contact our support team for review. All disputes must
be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, along with relevant details and proof. Our team will assess the matter
and take appropriate action if necessary.
